by Seth C. on I love The Varsity! I've been going for almost 20 years, whenever I'm in Atlanta, or just passing through. Places like The Varsity are what make The South so cool. I always get 2 chili dogs, a coke, onion rings, and a peach pie. It's a grease fest, and I love it. I also love pushing my way to the front (there are no "lines") and yelling at the first person behind the counter who will listen- and I love it when they yell back at me. This is the best way to order here- enjoy it! There's lots of parking, and many many places to sit inside. I've even taken the MARTA there when I was downtown on a business trip with no car. It's not fine dining- its yummy American greasyiness. Don't go if you are health nut, but if you are a normal person- you'll love it!
