Comeing here for the first/last time was bitter sweet. There is nothing bitter about these happy hour prices though! We went on a Thursday and the pizza was $5, sadly they ran out of pizza. I ask what they are substituting for the pizza and I was gruffly told: Bartender: "We are not substituting anything." Me: "WTF" Bartender: "But we are giving a free appetizer w/ the purchase of an entree." Me: "Oh that works, burger and fries please." So I wait.....and wait.....and wait.....finally I go up to ask for it. Bartender: "Sorry I was short w/ you earlier, we just can't make the dough and give it time to rise etc, plus we just have one cook tonight., I'll have it brought over as soon as it comes out." Finally food comes out. Waitress: Thanks for waiting and sorry for the delay. How long did you wait? Me: bout an hour. Waitress: What are you haveing? This one is on the house. Me: IPA Burger was moist and jucy. Fries and aoli were great too. So the place gets crowded and people could get gruff, but they own up to it and don't make excuses. Definitely woth coming back on a Thursday.

5 stars. that's right... simply for the caliber of talent this establishment has lined up in the next few months alone!!! (for gods sakes they just had the dandy warhols play!) greats bars throughout the club in strategic locations, centralized stage with ample dance space, clean bathrooms with no wait, impeccable sound...loud & clear, the type that doesn't make you go home with your ears ringing but they're the kind that make you go HOLY CRAPPPPP i just witnessed (dj/bands name here) throw down something FIERCE! caution. your feet might hurt from having to dance too much, and your ass may be sore for being shook so vigorously. dont miss a show here.
