Mexican martinis (basically a big margarita in a metal shaker that you drink out of a martini glass w/ olives) are wet and tasty; my only compliant is that they could use a touch more alchy since they are called martinis. Stuffed avocado looked awesome (I'll def get this next time), but I didn't want to copy the 4 others at the table who got it so I ordered the beef fajitas. Tender skirt steak served with the obligatory grilled onions and tortillas plus rice, beans, sour cream and not one but TWO scoops of guac! Yum-O! Inside tip: You can substitute cheesy mashed potatoes if you're not into beans. Trudy's, can you come to Dallas and replace Chuy's please!
