I usually don't write reviews and I am not sure if it is fair to write this review. But I have to. We were put on a guest list and we got there at least half an hour before. We waited on a line that hardly moved and after the clock hit 11, guess what, the line started to move and the guest list was invalid and they asked us to pay if we want to get in. Who do they think we are, stupid? I would have gladly paid the required amount if I was told that the guest list was not accepted that night. To me it is about principle and I will never go to that place again. I am not sure if it is the owner's fault or the stupid promoter or manager. If it is the owner's policy, I think it is a bad policy and I think that is not the way one runs a business. If it is a promoter or a manager fault, the owner should take action to fix the problem. Just my humble opinion after waiting in the cold for half an hour.

What a tricky club! I'd driven by it countless times when I used to intern at the Laugh Factory down the street, and I'd always see Social that was right next door, but never once did I notice the little gated entry for Boulevard3. Well, now I know to watch out for the little black gate and the little, hidden parking lot right next to it. Parking is $20, but the people are so nice that they might just charge you a little less. Thanks, guys! Everyone working at Boulevard3 was equally nice and charming. The doorman was the friendliest one I've ever met at a club! He actually makes you feel like he's honored to have you there, and he seemed equally nice to girls and guys. Huge bonus points! And it just gets better from there - the bartender that we had was so outgoing and made everything sound so fun that he convinced me within 5 seconds to change my order of water to a kamikaze shot. Damn...and then he made that shot into a double... The club itself is gorgeous: outdoor patio with cabanas and a TACO STAND (free of charge - just tip them!), indoor area with a large dance floor and bar, upstairs VIP area. The crowd, however, was "ehhh". I spent most of my time watching the incredible man on stilts. He is seriously AMAZING - he was dancing in the crowd, dancing over my head, and hanging off of the second-story wall (see pic)! It's worth a trip to Boulevard3 just to see this guy! Props to you, sir, but please don't hurt yourself...you made all of us very, very nervous watching you.

I used to live right in front of the Webster Hall, and for a music fan like me it's really a plus. Since I arrived here some of my favourite bands have played at Webster Hall. I just get down the stairs, cross the streets, and get in. The Venue is an historic place that has apparently going on for years and years as a club. If you want to dance some amazing '80s tunes Saturday is your night, while Thursday is girls night out... I've never been there though to dance. I've only seen it as a live venue. The prices are reasonable, the acoustic of the hall is great, and the decoration is just amazing. There is a VIP area upstairs that is quite a bummer not to have access to as the sight from there must be absolutely fantastic.
