by Michael M. on I love Ethiopian food and I live in the NOPA/ Divis Corridor. I have eaten in all the fab restaurants along Divis between Haight and Grove, so tonight we decided to check out this restaurant. We walked in and we were the only customers, the first thing we noticed is that the place wreaked of bleach. The water tasted like bleach and the bartender seemed like she was suffering from bleach poisoning but for whatever reason decided to stay to eat there. The food was boring and bland and last time I checked, Ethiopian food should never be bland or boring. I would never eat here again and I would not recommend any bad food to anyone else. Check my other reviews, I am really fair when I review a business but this place totally sucked. It stunk to high heaven and the food was bland. Avoid this place at all cost. One more thing, it was not cheap.
by Joey Nault on This place in TEENY. Literally a two tiered room. Room. BUT, the music is the best, reggaeton, dancehall, soca, yaruban beats, i heard magic system here the first time. It is perfect dance music. And people, please only come if you are going to dance or at least feel the music. Don't be creepy or awkward and try to stand and look cool, no room. Cocktails are good too, ginger, hibiscus and strong. Only come if you want to get grimey w/it...this is a small place for a small city, so please no haters.
