When I have friends come to town to visit, this is the first restaurant I think of bringing them to for a good dinner at a fun, unique place. Yes, the fondue is not as good as at Melting Pot, and yes they don't serve chocolate fondue on weekends... but I still very much enjoyed the cheese fondue and the meat fondue and left full and satisfied. The prices were great, but honestly this place is just so fun that I want to go back just to enjoy the atmosphere. Good food and great fun.
by Lashanda Goffredo on It was a refreshing way to get away from Downtown SJ with the gang. I don't have a paramount story to tell you about Atmosphere, so I'm just going to lay it out flat. The pro's of this place are apparent as seen in other reviews , the dance floor is spacious and the bartenders friggin' rock my socks! The crowd welll.....since it was a Hybrid 10 year anniversary party it was inevitably an Asian invasion. Very nice decor inside and Jeri Lee was go-go dancing! They also have a Coat-check for 2-3 dollars, so don't hoochify yourself as soon as your step out of the car, wait till you get inside because as we all know the city is chill-ay. Con's- line took 216541654 years to get into. My goodness, i had to stand near the wall of smokers blowing their cancerous fumes into my face for far too long and to have to pay 20 dollars! Then, finally after getting into the club at 11:45 and getting a few drinks and our "freak on", the lights abruptly flashed on at 1:30 exactly. Wait..I'm in the City aren't i? Oh well, luckily the place is surrounded by lardaceous places, taqueria's and greasy pizza joints, that allow you to enjoy yourself for a extra hour or so. Make sure you bring cash! the ATM fee's charge you up the wazoo!
