There's nothing negative I can say about Ecco.  At the same time, I wasn't blown away by anything either.  Everything was good, but not excellent.  We started with the braised beef stuffed peppers, then for our entrees the hubs ordered the seared tuna and I had the chili-braised pork pasta.  We also ordered the squash for our side.  And dessert we had the olive oil ice cream and lemon glazed cake with blueberries? The stuffed peppers were good, but pricey.  You get two stuffed peppers in this tiny little dish for $7-8.  I didn't think it was worth the price.  Maybe next time we'll try the fried goat cheese. I didn't have any of the hub's tuna because I'm not a huge tuna fan, but he claims that it was really good.  He said that he would definitely order it again.  It looked like a good chunk of tuna, cooked the way he ordered it (rare).  He was definitely satisfied by the end of the meal. The chili-braised pork garlic pasta was good, nothing to scream about.  The dish was a little bland.  Even though there were whole cloves of garlic in the dish it seemed like it was missing garlic and some other seasonings along with it.  The pasta is claimed to be made fresh, in house, daily.  It was just ok too.  I probably wouldn't order this dish again. The squash was a little odd.  I didn't prefer the squash because they cooked it in some type of vinaigrette.  I like my squash roasted or grilled with olive oil, salt, pepper, and maybe some garlic powder.  However, this squash was tart from the vinegar. Desserts were good.  Again, nothing to get too excited about.  Just some ice cream and a piece of fancy pound cake with a lemon glaze. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience, but it wasn't an "Oh my goodness, I must be in heaven" type of experience either.  I'll probably give it one more try at some point in time.

This is a great place to show off your latest Ed Hardy threads. It smells like vinegar and water.
