I went on an off nite, around 9pm on a Tuesday so it was practically empty except for a couple making out, my group of 3 and live band. The music was actually nice and not too loud.  We just got a few drinks but you have to get it yourself if not at the bar as there was only one bartender who was not that friendly.  It's small and has a dark, reddish lighting decor. Didn't see what was downstairs though.

Everyone here is so nice and they always accommodate all my sampling needs. The manager at this location is very friendly and is always happy to answer any questions I may have about ingredients. A must for any visitor to enjoy while in Austin !!!
