by Rodolfo Giammarino on I came here to celebrate my birthday and I had a great time! +1 star for hugeeee selection +1 star for amazingly delicious desserts +1 star for helpful, attentive waitresses +1 star for ambience, cleanliness and variety of seating to choose from -1 star for the SUPER DIM lighting. I could barely read the menu! I told the waitress the kind of champagne I enjoyed and she recommended something new for me to try which I ended up loving. She also let us know we could sneak the bottle out so we weren't pressured to chug a whole bottle between two people in one sitting. Buying by the glass is pricey so I recommend getting a bottle. You will spend a minimum of around 55 bucks BUT if you love good wine, champagne and desserts you will likely find the price worth the experience and the product. I really want to go back soon for a girls night out or another romantic date.
by Dorian Temblador on Maybe I'm the weird one but I had a good time. Maybe it is because it was Friday and there were not a ton of people. Maybe because I loved the DJ. Maybe because I chatted with the bartender in the back room when we got there early and got a great deal on drinks. Maybe it is because I found the security to be attentive and helpful. Maybe it is because I wont let just any guy dance with me and the ones that I did were pretty cute and respectful. I thought that this was just fine if you want some sick hip-hop tunes to dance to and minimal annoying people (though some are inevitable). I would not come here to find the love of my life or to impress a high roller, but it was fun.
by A S. on This bar is great with a great sound system so when great DJs come it turns into a great dance party! Flip it Fridays is pretty rad. From 9-11 the bartender will flip a coin and if you guess right you win a beer! Both my boyfriend and I did it and guessed correctly so our first round was on Shine. Get here early and get a stamp, once you're in they keep letting you in even if there is a line for new comers. There's ins and outs so when the line for the 1 person bathroom is too long, you know what to do. Also the mirror is the girls bathroom is pretty freaky, I don't prefer to see myself in full length while going, actually I really don't care but it kinda looks like a two-way mirror and I know for sure there's a room behind so your guess is as good as mine!
