Not the best place I've ever been to but if you have people in your group that want to dance, I suppose it's do-able. It does the female:male ratio deal so make sure you come with some ladies or at least ask to tag along with a group of girls right before you get to the bouncer. The place is big with plenty of room to sit at tables and enjoy the night breeze downstairs which is more bearable to me than being upstairs where the DJ is. If you do venture upstairs and you're female, prepare to be hit on by aggressive men. And, be prepared for the Asian-themed decor. I'm Asian and I felt it was toooo much. Music isn't bad and it's a fun place if you've had enough alcohol in your system with a good group. Oh, and drinks are very pricey here!
by Tuyet Siddens on Ok as a former recovering clubber...this place is decent, but I just don't like the lay out. It seems forced, unbalanced, and just not that attractive until you get upstairs. The downstairs is like any other place, nothing special about it at all. But upstairs sorta makes up for the lack of planning and ugliness of downstairs. The parking in this area of sf isn't the best and paying 20$ for parking isn't the cheapest. If you go here, go early, be prepared to pay for parking, and don't be late. Because they do hold the line and that's obvious.
