by Marie T. on Friday night. Me and two girlfriends walk in. It's around 10:30, early, so a little slow. DJ had music videos going along with what he played, that was cool. The venue was nice, its a gallery, so very artsy - a good way to have ALOT of people see your work, however, there's a chance of alcoholic remnants to be left on there. o_O they have two rooms. once you walk in the door, the one to the right was closed the night we came here. i have no idea if they open it at all if it gets busier. it's not that big. and very dress down. my girls and i showed up in dresses, we were WAY OVERDRESSED. wear a striped sweater, jeans, and some etnies and you're in here. Likes: MUSIC = best hip hop you'll get in SF on a Friday night. Tupac, Wutang, Dre... oldschool rap and lovin it there. i'm definately a fan of that! Dislikes: I am asian. So don't get it twisted... BUT HELLA ASIAN INVASION in this joint. There was spreckles of 2 black guys and a white guy. Otherwise ALL ASIAN. not really my cup of tea. so we enjoyed the music till the room was about to tip over with asians, then we left for the next bar... if the crowd was a lil more diverse, i'd be all in!
