Maybe it's due to my increased expectations when it comes to the more famous and highly regarded restaurants that I've tried, I just wasn't super impressed with the taste of the food, but everything else combined made this place worth 4 stars. The trendy decor was easy on the eyes and not too distracting and I think the seats were heated also, which is a nice touch on my ass during a late December dinner. We've ordered the rock shrimp tempura, soba carbonara, morimoto surf and turf and yosetofu. The rock shrimp was good as recommended by many from the rateclubs community, the kobe from my surf and turb was cold but tender and the hamachi was really fresh. If you are Chinese, the Yosetofu should be pretty underwhelming, while the preparation is cool with how they make the tofu right in front of you from soy milk, the taste wasn't impressive. It reminds me the soft tofu boxes you can pick up at the asian markets for a buck with a side of kikkoman, the crab soup thing it came with was alright. I'm still a fan.

I had a terrible time in this place last night. very shady crowd. Place is like a closet. music was awful. Very aggressive guys constantly getting hassled. I will never go back there again. I am puzzled ,why this place has gotten a good rating? Drinks also water down and bartenders not attentive. I will never go back to this hole again and i will let all my friends know about not wasting there time and money to go there.
