by Guillaume C. on Part of an exceptionally well-oiled PR engine slash the Hollywood establishment rubbing each other's backs , absolutely nothing special if you compare other club venues around the world with a similar rooftop-type setup. Starwood, Victor Drai et al. are doing an excellent job pushing this club through media and other high impact publicity channels, so what do you expect? Pretty comical staff, a bouncer that smokes cigars outside the velvet rope definitely makes good entertainment;)
by Alfonso Wikle on This place is grrrreat! It's the best bar in NOPA (next to The Page, of course). The Page is the local hang out that's ALWAYS packed, 821 is the smaller, quieter bar, and Waziema is right in the middle, or jusssssst riiiiight. So basically, if bars on NOPA were the three bears, Waziema would be baby bear. And everyone knows baby bear was the best, so there you go...Waziema is the best bar on NOPA.
