by Lorenz B. on Oh LIME! I remember the times we used to go here almost every other weekend. The athmosphere is cool and very chic. Its probably one of the best lounges in the Market/Castro area. Love the white couches across the bar. They've got some real cute bartenders in here too, such as the one with the braces! Braces?!?! Your all probably thingking but believe me he's a looker and very sweet. The finger foods, while on the expensive and small side are good. The itty bitty mini burgers are delish but dang can I get a little bit more?!?!? The drinks are a little pricey but what can you do?!?!? The bathroom is definitely an issue though, some people be taking way too damn long in this darkly-lit bathroom... doing god knows what! I'm like DANG. I found a way around it though... and by way I mean I just head on out to BARRACUDA next door and use their Bathroom. Always works! Overall good place to have some snacks with the boys and the girls or "the girls," before a wild night out, it will put you in the mood with all the cute bartenders,(Mr. Baseball hat w/ Braces), good drinks and nice tasting food. All in all If bar-hopping was like a Patron Shot, you can't go wrong with a little LIME on the side.
by Rae Mato on I HATE HIRO! I HATE HIRO! I HATE HIRO! I have tried, truly I have tried to like this place. GAY Sundays here are HORRIBLE. Does that mean the whole world doesn't come here? Oh no! It's always packed! There are lines around the corner from 10pm to 3:45am! I remember once last summer when they had to turn people away at 3:45am! I don't know what brings people here. There are hot models walking about, but mostly you see trolls, tourists, and ghetto types. The music is NEVER good. I don't find anyone particularly friendly. The drinks are overpriced. But I keep going back because my friends have to be "where the whole world goes". UGH!
