I'm only giving it 4 stars because I haven't had dinner there yet. I just went for cocktails and desert which was great. I can't remember the name of the drink I had but it had red peppers in it and ginger beer. It was very different but I enjoyed two of them. They are not cheap on the liquor either so I'd rate that a 10. The red velvet cupcake was five bucks but when I saw and tasted it, I felt it was worth the price. The place is really nice and I enjoyed the security guard's company (can't remember his name). It took a little doing to find a parking spot but was able to get a park right across the street. This is a great hang out and date spot.

Been here once for lunch and decided to come back for dinner.  The gyros are big and heavy on the sauce.  I prefer a ton of sauce so this was perfect. For dinner I tried the Vegetable Combo; Spanakopita, Veg Moussaka, rice and hummus.  The spanakopita was moist and flavorful.  The vegetable moussaka was enjoyable, but it's not my favorite dish in the world.  The plate was absolutely huge.  For the price, the vegetable combo is a deal if you're vegetarian or just looking for something without meat.

I checked out Little Temple two Saturdays ago, 8/11/07. I moved out here from New York last year, so I'm still getting adjusted to the seemless mix of nice-looking neighboorhoods followed by shady-looking neighborhoods. In my opinion, I'd say that Little Temple is in a shady neighboorhood, but anyone with a more knowledgable view on this, feel free to correct me if I'm wrong. In any case,  it was about 12:15am when I pulled up to Temple and after about 15 minutes driving around, I found a parking spot that was a 3 minute walk up one block east of the club. There wasn't any line, now at 12:30am and the cover was only $10 (nice!). Once getting inside, I definetly was feeling the house/disco beats coming from the lounge area directly infront of me, but first I wanted to check out what was going on in the main room, which was to the left. On this particular night they had a live Cumbia band Performing. I Don't remember their name, but they sounded really good. I saw a DJ setup directly next to me when I walked in the main room, so I was really waiting to hear how the the DJ was going to get down. There's a bar both rooms, so catching the bartender was no problem, and since I believe in equal opportunity, I bought one drink from each room: a Red Bull & Grey Goose  and Tanqueray & Tonic, I can't remember exactly, but I believe the prices were $11 & $11 or $11 and $ 8. Feel free to correct me or I'll just revise after I go to Temple again. I casually passed inbetween the two rooms to feel the vibe and after the Cumbia band departed, which I think was about 1:15am or so, the DJ got on the decks in the main room. He was playing a nice selection of Salsa and Merengue at first then started in some good 90's Rap, a little Dancehall, then a some crappy current commercial rap. Skillz-wise, he basically did nothing except "Yo Yo, are you havin' a good time? Make some noise!!!"...blah blah blah on the mic, while neglecting any form of mixing other than throwing on one song after the next with unimpressive scratches in between. On the other hand, the DJ in the smaller room playing house and disco, was on point with his mixing and selection. Song after song just had a funky vibe and good feel to it that would make anyone havin' a bad day wanna get up and dance. Overall I like this place and will definitely go back. -You can be chill here or get up and dance -Drinks were good at fair price -Room to move a round -If you don't like valet, like me, just be patient with the street parking and try to avoid any very shady-looking streets I guess. -No "Dress to Impress" bullskee, so I can still be comfortable yet stylish in some nice jeans, kicks and a polo. Booyah! -Good variety of danceable beats here. Ok, that's about all that comes to me...lata.
