by Ardielyn F. on This was one of the 3 restaurants we went to for our anniversary last year. The Jazz show was sold out by the time I had decided that I wanted to go. This review is for the food. I really wanted to like this place but it was just OK and with the price for an OK food wasn't worth it. The service helped this get 3 stars. Our waitress made extra effort since it was our Anniversary and provided us with complimentary dessert. Maybe when we went it was not a good night. I'll give this place another try one day.
by tea t. on I'm am not an LA lover and this place is the epitome of why. Visiting for a few days and we had a room right by the pool area. Laying out for about an hour about 3 feet away from my room and got a "you have to wear this color wrist band to lay over here". Oh God here we go. It just got worse I had to wait in line to get back to my room after leaving for about 10 minutes, and was harassed for yet again not having the right colored wrist band. Finally I was "allowed" to lay out in a chair by the pool and the DJ was so schizophrenic with his top 40 hits I couldn't even focus on ordering a drink. When my boyfriends cousin pointed out the exact area that Lindsey Lohan had been photographed throwing up like it was a freaking land mark or something, I knew I had died and gone to hell. The End.
