Stopped by on a late Saturday night. $5 cover, doubt there's any dress code. The music is great, it's hip hop including current and old school favorites. The place is smaller, the drinks are not expensive, the dance floor is the main attraction. People are here to straight up dance. If you're looking for your traditional clubbing experience, this is not the spot to go to. There is no guy/girl ratio, which means if you're a girl, you could be entering a haven of dudes trying to grind to Luniz. Bottle service is pointless and the bouncer doesn't think he's better than you. Overall, enjoyable experience. Chill, but fun. Was not crowded, might be slightly over-the-hill as far as trendiness goes. Good to pop in before a big night out.

On Nov 23, 2009 i found myself at the Austin, Texas airport very hungry and looking for something good to eat and that's when I found the Salt Lick BBQ. I'm a fan of the brisket and the salt lick didn't dissapoint. very juicy and tender cut of meat, made this weary traveler say ahhhhhhhhhh! I have to say i wasn't a fan of the sauce, a bit too sweet for my taste but that's just my humble opinion. thank you salt lick for adding a little sunshine and bbq to my dreary day of flying.

I went once on a Friday night. This is the place to go if you want to get your shoes trampled on and get drinks spilled on you. People were just walking around with no regard for personal space, bumping around aimlessly. Aside from a few, the shorties were straight ditzballs. And I couldn't count the times I was about to yoke up one of the numerous drunk as hell, gelled faux-hawk wearing, no rhythm having, Fast & the Furious racing, Jabbawockeez-looking, douches in there. But the music was cool. I'd go again, but only if I was drunk to the point where I could step on people's shoes and spill drinks on them too.
