by Karen S. on I don't know why I go here honestly. I guess NYers are desperate for a low-key hangout that is outside. I find Frying Pan overpriced for the condition of the place. I don't even know if I should call it a dock or what. Don't go on the weekends either. There are also a lot of frat guys so do not go if that isn't your thing.

I never saw any pizza and had no use for the meatballs, but there was plenty of cake and it were yummy. Let them eat cake! Those drinks were Mighty strong. For the record, I don't usually ask strangers to look at my boob, but it seems a pretty good way to meet people and learn that your nametag has fallen off. If I had a mod loft, I would want my open space to look like Mighty, but without that dang step that I crashed into EVERY SINGLE TIME. How about some lighting or warning paint, or even just a stack of band-aids at the bar for the injured? Still (if I recall correctly), I had a really good time and enjoyed meeting some of my Favorites for reals. If I said something inappropriate, couldn't hear a word that you said, or groped you in a location not of your choosing, I apologize. At least you didn't have to watch me dance.
