by T K. on went on a sat night and I felt like I was on the set of a movie where teen revelers set a bonfire on a boat and dance and drink their nights into oblivion. there's some sort of crazy loud music blasting on the lower level but the upper level was more quiet and "grown-up" a totally unique and weird place. but with great views of the river and city. also, mind your step. this place is a drunk accident away from being shut down (open fire pit, dangerous steps up and down, water hazards, seemingly rickety boat + drunken folks = ???) only thing is they closed up at like 1 or 2. a bit early. but overall, good times.
by Willian Swee on I feel Mighty is a 5 star joint except for 2 things... 1. The step is murder... what step? Oh you will find out, I promise. It's only like 4 inches off the ground but still. I almost shoved JT F. into Michael P.'s forearm.. Yes, JT would still be laid out on the floor if that would have happened.. 2. Where were we? Mighty's is in the cutty. Translation Cutty- out in no mans land I was extremely impressed with the bartenders and how they handled the rateclubsers (including myself) who were salivating at the lips for alcohol... I can't say enough about Jimmy.. that cat has energy and is genuinely excited to be working the bar. Jimmy had me double fistin' by the end of the night. Sorry, if I was checking Id's on the dance floor... habit!
