by Jamie W. on I've always wanted to stay here so when I had concert tix at the Palladium I jumped at the opportunity when I saw that the room was a reasonable price compared to the usual scary number. First off - great valet, quick check in.... Secondly - our room was really, really small. Really small. Nothing to really complain about - I guess I was just expecting something more... Lots of the usual posers in the hotel. We live in Orange County so thats nothing new. Just a different level of posers. Not less, not worse, just different! Otherwise we didn't hang here long. Something was being filmed in the bar downstairs so we couldn't get drinks anyway. We ended up doing the usual Hollywood thing and then ate at the hotel's cafe before taking a cab to the show. Wicked good fried egg sandwich. Since we were very, very hung over from Bloc Party at the Palladium (wicked show!!!) we slept in till check and took off. Overall - glad we finally stayed here. I've always wanted to, but now that we have I don't feel like I'm really missing out on anything.
