by M J. on I went there on a Thursday night with a few friends..... LET ME JUST SAY, IF YOU WANNA BE AROUND PEOPLE 25 AND UP ** DO NOT** GO TO THIS PLACE!!!! The club from the outside doesnt look so bad but when we arrived at 10pm when they first opened and the place was empty we still had to wait in line for 30 mins in the cold cause apparently "The manager wants to make it look like its poppin" thats what I was told by the very rude bouncer outside. once inside the place was very small and hot, the bathroom was nasty as hell, i would rather go into a porto potty...... The people were VERY VERY young I would say most of them had fake ids, there fashion was outdated like 2003 and the music was okay, mostly hip hop and rap. I will never go there again.
by Felicia Sehl on This is one of the worst clubs in San Francisco. No one should attend any nightclub in affiliation with SF Clubs. This place is a sad excuse for a nightclub along with Club NV and City Nights. Rouge might as well be an 18 and over club with terrible music and freshly turned 21 yr old amateurs. The people who run this nightclub are also very shady and you will get ripped off in many different ways. Don't buy into the flashy fliers that make this place seem like the spot to be. Taco Tues is the only night that is worth going for Nick's Crispy Taco's which have nothing to do with the nightclub. I don't know why they are open any earlier than happier hour either. There is no point. And the place is dirty with feet all over the bar at night so don't lean on it or eat on it. :)
by Mildred Cairone on One of the best clubs in LA! I especially love the outside area with the fountain and cabana style tables. Inside is a wide open area with plenty of dancing space. The dance floor is elevated and gets crowded so I stay on the floor level. The venue is large and very classy. I love the go-go dancers because they actually, really, truly dance! They don't just sway side to side with an occasional booty bump. They actually hip hop dance. They even did a special performance along with 2 break dancers. The bouncers and people at the door were super friendly and accommodating. They were not snobby like some other clubs. Nice to everyone. They were even nice to my super drunkass friend who threw up in the club and let my other friend who was taking care of her back in after she dropped off drunk friend at her hotel. My ONLY grievance is the restrooms. ONLY 2! and it's co-ed! 2 restrooms for EVERYONE! Whackkkk!
