by J B. on I want to give this place 3 1/2 stars. It's a bit better than OK but not jumping up for joy either. The decor and ambience is cool. I found it to be very touristy though. The good thing was that we were a bunch of girls just wanting to catch up so we got a great table on the little balcony area they have towards the back so it wasn't too loud. The drinks were ok, wasn't too happy with my Strawberry drink I had, I wish I had the Geisha or the Blue Lady my friends had- they seemed to be happy with them. We ordered a bunch of appetizers and OMG the yellowtail sashimi was amazing! It had jalapenos so it gave it a good kick. The black cod, spring rolls and tuna tar tar were good too! i had the salmon- it wasn't over the top great but better than some I've had elsewhere. They were playing good music so definitely want to check out the lounge area next time.

Brandon and Jake are the best bartenders there...great after work day bar and their prices are pretty deceant, as well as the drinks they have lots of specials....then it hits 8pm....LAME...all these 21 year olds and random weird people hit the spot all trying to hook up...not my cup of brew... they always have something going on, either beer ping pong tournament, a live band preforming in the "club" section, "beer girls" handing out drinks and necklaces, karaoke, impersonating retro bands playing, free mini buffets on certain nights, and always your typical games in the game room... there are two sections where you can go outside and smoke and talk, there is a like 3 sections of the bar in total. one section is like a club atmosphere that has either karaoke going on or a retro wannabe band, and dancing...there is the main room where its pretty big and sub-divided to an extra lounge sitting area and the main bar where you can sit around on their stools and watch the game on one of their 12+tvs....also a game room which has a multiple selection of board games, two pool tables, a wired tossing game, and your average arcade with like 2-3 games to choose from, o0oh and also a basketball court game thing...lol food? yes lots...if your not their on a night where they have the buffet, dont worry about it, they have some really good appetizers that are worth trying, the chicken tenders are a must, always served super hot and fresh with multiple arrange of sauces, but hands down their buffalo sauce is the BEST!! tee hee, from burgers to fries, to sundaes to tortilla chips and salsa, they'll keep ya happy... underneath the bar there is a margarita restaurant that serves really yummy margaritas and tasty tacos....(1 dollar taco Tuesdays!!) so i am guessing that's why their food is yummy in the bar cuz they have the restaurant underneath...(both owned and ran by the same person) other than that, what do you expect from a sports bar...tv's everywhere, guys trying to get layed everywhere, girls getting wasted too quick everywhere, and drinks always at their lowest cost...this place is okay for a quick couple of drinks and then head on home, its not my place after 9ish but if this is your thing, then by all means, stop on by to Busby's! enjoy, tee hee
by Robbyn Arnst on We migrated from Icon club next door to Cat Club since two of my friends know the owner of Cat Club. Hence our cover was comped again and we stumbled in. We were amazed at how many people were there past 12:30 on a Thurs night. We went into the backroom where they were playing Depeche Mode, New Order, INXS, etc. Interesting and very mixed crowd. There were girl on girl action near the entrance of the bathroom, another threesome grinding each other, one girl mouthing two other girls, it was quite an interesting night. My guy friends were at awe...... :)
