this place is absolutely, hands-down, the most terrible. we tried to go for my birthday after noticing on previous sunday afternoon trips that business was relatively slow. we show up on a saturday night around 8:30 with a group needing two lanes. the receptionist person tells us that they're running a special and there's no limit on bowling times and all of the lanes are currently taken up by this unlimited bowl. i ask how long the wait might be. she tells me she has no idea. maybe an hour. probably two. BUT, if i want to sign up for their email list, she'd send me a coupon. sorry, sweetie, but that ain't helpin' me and my eight friends at the moment. she suggests we go to the bar to wait. so. we go to the bar to wait. after, and i am not kidding you, thirty minutes standing at a bar in a bowling alley and not being acknowledged ONCE by either of the bartenders, we decide to leave. this place is a case study in how NOT to run a business. if you're going to do "unlimited" bowl, be prepared to lose a large amount of business and get crappy reviews on rateclubs. since i'm a business "expert", i suggest you have people state how many games they're going to bowl as you assign the lane so you know your timing for future customers. duh. i will never go back here. i highly suggest you go down the road to the korean karaoke places if you want to spend your money on a fun time. this 300 place is a poop chute disguised as a fancy alley.

Came here for a party on a typical weekend night. Pro: - nice decor, although the overall architecture could be more efficient to fit more people Con: - long wait/line - usually a high cover charge - terrible DJ who keeps trying to mix songs that don't work - bottleneck at the bathroom Basically, I don't think I will ever go back unless one of my friends decides to hold a party there (which I would convince otherwise). This is especially true considering The Park is right next door and is 10x better
