Better bread than Maum (try the white strawberry cream bread), but the coffee isn't as good as other Korean bakeries. The cake is better than Maum, not as good as Tous Les Jous. Frozen yogurt is surprisingly good! It's not too creamy and it has just enough tart to it. Free internet and 90s music that takes me back to the good ol' days is an extra plus. =)

So few places with genuine free wifi in the city, so I will give an extra star. The coffee here is ok, but the atmosphere is pretty cool. They have a long bar, a back room which can be reserved for private events, a front area, and an upstairs with sofas. The sofas upstairs are incredibly uncomfortable, which is often an unintended consequence of cheap modern furniture. I would suggest lounge chairs. It looks like they are trying to achieve a Phillip Stark or Knoll effect without the price tag, and hence without the comfort. My favorite area is the back area which is dimly lit and has an array of tables. It reminds me a bit of a London cafe. I also like how there are is abundance of outlets on the walls. Someone was clearly thinking when they designed the layout! I will definitely be back here with my laptop.

Okay Okay I admit Roe was not the hottest place in the city to go, but times have changed! Thank you for reinventing Fridays! http://www.agoodfriday... Its a prefixe menu for dinner starting at 8pm (wine included...hell-o) then it turns into a lounge at 10 and you can keep your table. The dinner was amazing....the service was the best I have had in a long time... I will be back many Fridays to come. yum. I love this shit.....for lazy people like me who dont like to stay up way late, you can get all dressed up and eat dinner with some people your own age and then party after. I hate eating at balboa/aqua/etc before you go out....its like a bunch of older people and the waiter assumes he's not getting a big tip so he treats you like a 12 year old... Not here. Thank you Roe.....you have redeemed yourself.
