by Janet G. on I really do like 1 Oak, although it does help to know people. The music is great...a mix of hip hop and house. The crowd isn't the best, but the music and dancing beats that out. Fun for a girls night out, especially since they're so selective with letting guys in. Only downside is that drinks are $18 each, even for a simple vodka soda! Again, it helps to know people here.
by Vito Mattan on Overrated and they charge you up the wazoo! Guestlists don't mean a thing here. The music was not so great and it also gets extremely packed inside. They really should watch how many people they let in. It can really be a fire hazard.
