I find the fried fish to be too greasy even though it's the fan favorite. It's a cool spot and a fun place to go with friends. I just don't usually feel like dealing with the crowds on Tuesdays...
by Caroline C. on Any place that lets dogs into their establishment is an automatic 5 stars for me. We've been to this bar a few times. Love the vibe, very casual, unpretentious, decent prices, good drinks, cheap happy hour. I hear they have salsa nights and it relatively close to where we live. We came here last night, mainly for the happy hour/Rocket Dog Rescue event, but it was also a DYL event too. We recently adopted our dog Penny (3 weeks ago) from Rocket Dog, and thought we'd come out and support a great organization. Penny, being a Rocket Dog alumni, came along with us too! Her first time in a bar! She did amazingly well! Was MOSTLY friendly to other dogs, except for one who jumped up in her face, then she got a little growly. I don't blame her, though, I'd be growly too if someone jumped up in my face! Good times had by all, humans and dogs. We'll always be back, and with our little dog too!
