Love this space! Perfect for small bands, jazz performances, and yes, a battle of the bands between amateur musicians. The venue is old but grand, gorgeous, interesting, and I'm very glad it was preserved. Honestly, it wouldn't manner what plays here...i'll make any excuse to be back. HUGE bonus? Right around the corner from Lers Ros Thai, the Best thai in the city!

I was really racking my brain to try and remember if there was a place in Atlanta that really reminded me of NYC. Most places advertise that they have New York style this or that [pizza, atmosphere, crowd, etc.] but in IMHO no place has ever come close. That is until Top Flr, it has that ultra-trendy, hip vibe to it that would turn some people off. But I liked it, kind of like finding a little speak-easy type place. Now i'll agree with Rick F.that the menu was a little strange but I found something on it I could like. The steak was tender and juicy & mac and cheese some of the best I've had in the city. Went here after a Thrasher's game and felt like I was here too early & should have ducked in closer to 12 or 1am. Cool little place i'm surprised that I haven't been here before.
