by Foo B. on It's a nice place to hang out, for sure. Good wifi, decent decor, a few couches. The staff is friendly too, although service is pretty slow. I'm with some of the others, though... the bubble tea is just strange. They definitely do their own thing - describing it as a "tea smoothie". I got the black bubble tea (I don't do flavor shots, thank you), and it was blended with lots of ice, tasting strongly of chai. The tapioca was merely okay... a mushy "shell" disintegrated in my mouth, which makes me think they overcooked the pearls or had them sitting around for too long. It isn't cheap at $4. You can get the bubble tea black or green. Too bad they don't offer any of their other teas with tapioca.
by Jamey Follis on You can find me in here on any given Thurs--the place gets popping! Super chic and trendy Lounge that overlooks 5th ave. If you are coming here to eat--the seating up the stairs in the corner has an awesome view!! They have some amazing bartenders who make the best lychee and watermelon martinis--super fresh! Not to mention the super cramped elevator is always a good time--where strangers always become friends in the close proximity! Thurs nights are good for the Ladies--tons of cuties to mix and mingle with! -It is def an everyone know everyone through someone crowd so be prepared!!
by Diego Malusky on Fantastic Ambiance - Shine literally... shines. The DJ is in the corner, the dance floor is on fire, the patrons are always enjoying themselves, the bar staff are friendly, drinks are reasonable, parking is a piece of cake, lots of cool miscellania like the photo booth and the one-way mirror in the restroom, and lots of lots of hotties - the friendly kind. The DJ was real good (which coming from Mighty earlier that evening was a HUGE relief) and the sound system was amazing. There's all kinds of seating for when you want to take a break (or get a number!) and the place is pretty well cooled - a must for any high-energy dance club. I dig this place, and I'd recommend it to anyone.
