by Mick D. on Don't try to compare Flip to any other burger joint. I mean, you COULD try to make a comparison, but it would be like trying to compare a Granny Smith Apple to a Washington Red Apple. Sure, they're both apples, but they're both completely different. But enough about apples. My review: FLIP is kinda gimmicky / trendy, but good. Definitely a gourmet-boutique burger-joint with some milkshake options that will want to go home and experiment with your blender. The burgers are excellent, and there are a couple of tasty vegetarian options for the non-beef-inclined.
by Chong Brun on I had the opportunity to try all of the food here, and bottom line it is really delicious. The menu is not too large, but it is a great place to stop in and try something. Portions are generally large, and come with an abundance of extra beans and rice to eat. I give it a 3 because once was enough for me. There are events usually so I would be alright stoppin by again, if someone else asked me. Live music and dancing is a plus, when available. Management is shady.
