by Harley Rede on MJQ Concourse is a true underground scene; you don't necessarily have to know someone to get in, but it's literally underground. MJQ has a very eclectic crowd. Truly come to get down with the get down. If you're looking for that place that spins none of that crap on the radio and want real music then this is the place. Perfect if you're a bboy that just wants to rock. It is by far my personal favorite. I highly recommend everyone to at least try it out because those little clubs all over Atlanta are so cliched; here no one gives a crap about anything...just a place to let go and simply enjoying yourself.
by Donald Purifoy on Had a blast here on Saturday night. I was surprised at the friendly crowd. It was packed from about midnight onwards. Good space, not loud enough though. Don't get me wrong, the sound system is good, just not as loud as it should have been IMO. I wouldn't say the drinks were cheap, or well made, but they were there if you wanted them... The bouncers were great, so were the other staff members!
