by Margene Grat on I was really racking my brain to try and remember if there was a place in Atlanta that really reminded me of NYC. Most places advertise that they have New York style this or that [pizza, atmosphere, crowd, etc.] but in IMHO no place has ever come close. That is until Top Flr, it has that ultra-trendy, hip vibe to it that would turn some people off. But I liked it, kind of like finding a little speak-easy type place. Now i'll agree with Rick F.that the menu was a little strange but I found something on it I could like. The steak was tender and juicy & mac and cheese some of the best I've had in the city. Went here after a Thrasher's game and felt like I was here too early & should have ducked in closer to 12 or 1am. Cool little place i'm surprised that I haven't been here before.
