by Jonie Ruot on Haute? I think naught (not). My friend told me to come out with her friends and I said yes. I asked her which club and she said 'Haute.' I never heard of the club and I didn't have time to google or rateclubs. I turned into the valet and rolled my eyes. I should have know my friend would screw me over, coming from the girl that thought that "party at My House," was literally a party at the house I lived in. This was the old Apple which was the old Pearl (yes I said Pearl and yes that means I've been in the club scene way too long). I hated this place but I was going to give this place a try before I judged. I walked in and I judged! Pearl was super shady, Apple was just a little shady, and this place had a nicer face lift but still not impressed. People there were decent looking, the music was everything mainstream, and the waitress chick was sweet. Our server poured me some goose and red bull and I did the usual, *cling cling sip sip* "how are you doing?" Champagne, *cling cling sip sip* "yea lets get together one of these days, like, for sure." Sip, sip, empty, "It was nice seeing you again but I have to go." I really tried but I wasn't feeling it and I walked out. As I walked out I turned my head back to everyone in line and shook my head. Suckers! When life gives you a lemon, throw it back into Haute and walk across the street to the Abbey
