As hard as we work OR are you really a hard worker? Anyways, I kan't even count how many times I've been to both Yoshi's. I love the place but not as much as the old "KIMBEL'S EAST" for those of you that remember - wasn't that a great layout, the sound was much more in tune - I loved the SOUND system ( I miss that place so much ) Okay, even though I miss it , Yoshi's has still been my entertainment place for YEARS ........... Oh yeah, you just have to get in there and it's true your tables are SUPER close - so when you want to ROCK, you may be a bit close but oh well, when your sucking in such great music from those favorite artist NOTHING will matter. FYI: all seats pretty much have the best view, I mean it's not that big of a venue - that's what I like about smaller venus YOUR not so far away from the artist 'coz I mean face it, WISH I could jump up on stage with them ......... BUT NOT, I'm not that crazy. I wish Lady Antebellum would preform there and I just love that song of hers " Need You Now" Ooooh, that just gives me the chills. too bad JOHN MAYER couldn't possibly preform there ( We may have to wait til his old age kicks in ) THEN they hit the smaller venues, TRUE? By then I'll be walking in to Yoshi's in a wheelchair or a cane. What I enjoy about this venue you are surrounded by all walks of life - I love mixed crowds WE ARE ALL HUMAN'S, right? This place brings in the classy people with style and manners - So for, as long as I been going there I have not been around the ghetto acting ones. ( THANK GOODNESS ) I would recommend this place it's DECENT. Everyone is so friendly and polite EXCEPT Yeah, there has to be an except, seems like it each and every time huh? Why I say this is because I think when your listening to especially LIVE music This is what you feel, blood running up your blood stream down to your heart AND I would imagine it's NORMAL to ROCK along with the rhythm, right? Well, I hardly see anybody rocking, they are trying to rock but with a stiff neck, did you see that happen when you went? Their heads moving just a little bit and don't get me wrong NO ONE needs to do the Indian war path dance! but it may call for some loosening the hips and clapping or do the snapping your fingers, so why not practice up a bit before you go get some entertaining or YOU could sit next to me, I'll help you get started Hang in there, I will finish this review later - see ya, in the mean time blast the stero to "Outstanding" by Gap Band ( old song but it works ) Yes, this will help loosen your hips and make you snap your fingers. Don't forget to Youtube it and look for the long version of this song AND if you don't like this song then do the Madonna song " It's a Holiday' I think I gave you all the info at NO cost, have fun coz I will be watching You ROCK ~
by Mike Coleman on I've visited Marin Models at both of their locations and found both spots to be comfortable, very clean and nicely decorated. The models are Hot Hot Hot!!! I've met 3 of them so far and was definitely impressed with their looks- all 3 of them!. Will return for sure because they go all out if you know what I mean!
by Deanna T. on 0 STARS PLEASE!!! Was having a WONDERFUL Saturday night with all me besties in stow! UNTIL I REACHED THIS ATROCIOUS CLUB CALLED ATMOSPHERE! Most unprofessional, and rude staff/security I have ever crossed! And trust me I have been around the block when it comes to nightlife venues. Its a bit of a long story, but pretty much we were being attacked verbally with profanity by the staff/security. Why? Because we were standing in the cashier box for a mere 1 minute, and that was enough to set them OFF! Please note: - We were perfectly sober and was TRYING to get drunk inside - We were the most polite girls you would probably find - My friend was inside who had a table who bought 5+ bottles I don't feel there was a need to ever CUSS at your patrons, without a good cause. And even when the GM was notified of this, did nothing, and said they had a reason. WTF?!? WHY would I wanna spend ANY of my hard earned money on an establishment who treats their paying customers like SHIT!?
