If you can't afford to take a trip to Asia, just come here on a Friday night. Nothing wrong with Asians (as I am one myself) but I like me some diversity. It seems like everyone here was speaking in Chinese. Small club. Stuffy. Eh.

Is this place even still open? Either way... I hope their smoking room burns this place down. Came here after ignoring my friend's request multiple times. Luckily, me and my boy didn't have to wait in the HUGE line outside because my friend knew the promoters there that night. When I first walked in, I was overwhelmed by this incredible humidity and I could feel the SWEAT coming off everyone. Ugh. How gross. The heat and sweat only got worse as we climbed up the stairs to the top level of the club (third story). This club is SOOOOO CRAMPED! Talk about personal bubble violation. I've never had so many people shove me out of the way before... AND without apologizing. And watch out for drunk people spilling their drinks everywhere. The crowd here is so inconsiderate. The set up of the club itself seemed nice. Too bad it was too hot and too many people there to really enjoy it. Getting to the bathroom is nearly impossible. The hallway on the way to the bathroom is way to small to fit any traffic through there. Against my better judgment, I went into the smoking room with my friend because he wanted to talk (I'm TOTALLY against ciggs.). GEEZUS. Who the hell needs to smoke your own ciggs when you can just go into the smoking room and INHALE ALL THE SECOND HAND SMOKE! The room is itsy bitsy and has crappy ventilation. I think I shortened my life a little by just being in that room. Just thinking about this place makes me upset. I'm NEVER coming back here.

You wanna dance...go to the End Up! I love the End Up at 2am, 4am, 6am and 2pm. How can you beat a raised dance floor that other dancers will you help you up onto even when it's absolutely packed? A fireplace on cold nights. A waterfall on warm nights. And one of the most dependable lineups in SF. Thank you End Up for being a staple in the SF community. I think my first visit was in '89. I hope you'll still be here when I'm 89.
