by Fredrick Livoti on I cannot believe there was a lineup out the door for this place at 12:30am. This place is super cheesy. The music downstairs is cheesy 80s music and you can't really dance to it. The upstairs is nice and classy BUT there was nowhere to sit and I don't remember any music playing. Maybe a nice live jazz band would have been nice. I have no idea. I was pretty bored and will probably never ever be back here. *Yawn*
by James Bacigalupo on We've visited Ecco several times. The Entrees aren't anything to rave home about, however, there are a few tapas that are excellent. The fried goat cheese is AMAZING! The meatballs, grilled peppers, and mussels are great! In the Cheese and Meat menu, the pork shoulder is good and the first cheese (can't remember the name), its a sheep and goat cheese I believe, but very good!! For dessert, their olive oil ice cream sounds weird, but is very good! The sorbets are not good. The service here has been great both times we've been there. VERY knowledgeable about the food AND very interested in providing great service! Will definitely be back to visit.
by Rebekah P. on I have to say, this place is a hoot. It's like going to a sports game without the sports. I came here kind of against my will with a bunch of co-workers after a conference, and I had a pretty good time there. It was a very fun place to hang out. But then there was the food. I like the whole heart attack on a plate kind of food just as much as the next guy, and this will fulfill any grease lovers appetite. Burgers and fries are pretty much the American standard anyway. I'd say it's good as a last resort, but if you value your arteries, use sparingly.
