The other night the curtain just stared at me like, "What the hell are you thinking, I'm not going anywhere!". This place is now hit or miss. The bar is either PACKED or EMPTY. I can't quite figure it out. Although, I keep stopping in thinking one day I'll come across it as it once before- where you could sip on a few mojitos in the front then head back to back room and break it down to a Bad A DJ. by Ernie Fairchild on overhyped seems to be the buzzword around here, but it's actually true. i heard alot about this place before going last year, but when i got there, i was thoroughly unimpressed. yes they have beds, but it's really not as cool as you might think. the group i was with decided to get a bottle so we actually got to sit on them. if this is everyone's idea of VIP, id rather just stay home. the idea of drinking while lying down is cool in theory, but in actuality it's not very fun. also the place is pretty expensive. if you go out in the city alot it may not seem too different to you, but even alot of NYC people seem to think it's overpriced. if youre used to going out in jersey, it's definitely overpriced. i wouldnt recommend going, although i'd give them a 1.5 because the decor is at least nice.

When I use to study at edison Highschool I use to go here with my sister like every 2 weeks and i absolutly loved it!.... For my birthday all i wanted as a gift was to go to this place. im dying to go back to philly just to go to this restaurant. The enviroment is great. The service is super! And was the place it self is so traditional. It makes me feel like if i just took a flight to colombia it self. When i go i always order arroz con pollo with selvesa. thats rice with chicken cooked with a hint of beer. Once I went & there was the cutest most buffed waiters serving me and my sister the food. && they was so nice to us! We even got a special dish on the house.( Come on!! im a sweet heart! lol) I would so recomend this place to anybody. this place is a MUST!!! Its approved by Catherine Galan the pickiest critict yet known :)
