This place is fun if you're in the mood to go clubbing for brunch. The food is not that good or creative, but you don't really come here for the joys of eating. You come here for the bottomless mimosas, the party, and for your scantily-clad dominatrix of a waitress. I was here for a birthday and probably won't come back unless there was another birthday. The bottomless mimosas come in handy to endure the loud pounding music and the plastic covered crotch you call your waitress. The bottomless mimosas are not handy when you need to go to the bathroom and there are 6 other drunks ahead of you. Definitely a hip Castro joint, but not a neighborhood spot to visit every weekend. Not a place for children, teenagers, middle-aged straight people (some may argue straight people in general), or grandmas and grandpas.

I liked this place. Coming from San Diego this place really felt like it was a Southern California fancy club without all of the Southern California fancy douchebags. Or Southern California fancy prices. 7 mixed drinks for $55 (including 3 Red Bull & Vodkas)? Yes please! The music was good...all though I wished that I could have checked out the "techno" room more in depth. The main room had the typical Top 40/Rap/Mashup stuff going on which I don't really see as any sort of negative. Big clubs play that because thats what most people want to hear when they go out. Anyway, save your money on Friday nights! Sign up on the guest list and get there before or right at 11! You get in free. It's kind of dead but the place definitely picks up around 12:30.

This is a great idea. I love that you can drink, listen to music, and look at exhibits at the Academy of Sciences at the same time, and it's only $10! While my boyfriend and I were here, we got to see the aquarium and the Living Roof, as well as some scientists cut open a rat. Pretty crazy. Other exhibits like the planetarium and the indoor rainforest were open for viewing too, but there were a lot of people in line. It's really easy to get your tickets online at their website, and it's always good to get them in advance because these things fill up fast. Not to mention the long line outside the Academy at 5:00pm.
