This venue is a great intimate setting to watch a performance, Ive been here with seating and while it was standing room only; I can say unless there are giants blocking your view right by the stage, there isnt a bad view in the house. Sometimes the crowd can get bit rowdy (probably drunk) and it seems a bit distracting from the artist, but what can ya do and the crowds do tend to vary by the performer. The food I did have was pretty standard bar food, decent but nothing spectacular to write home about. I really like their selection of beers on the other hand !! I've been lucky enough to watch 2 of my favorite performers here: Kina Grannis and Jane Lui!!! The sound was great, this spot has a great sound system my only complaint is the red lighting they like to use on their stage lights, it gives a funky hue on stage left and makes good photos a bit difficult to get

A high end burger boutique that at satisfies, but also leaves wanting. I walked into this place for lunch the other day expecting to be wowed. I wouldn't call myself a burger connoisseur by any stretch, but I have had some really good burgers in my time. On the level that it was a unique burger FLIP satisfied my hunger. However, it didn't WOW me, like I was hoping it would. I wanted a burger to be so good, that I would have to drag my friends from across town over to it. I wanted a burger I'd tell my out of town friends about and they would ask about it when they got off the plane. This wasn't it. I guess its like changing radio stations. You get a change of pace, but I was expecting a real concert!

I'm not so sure what I think about Suede... I'll start with the GOOD: DJ PJ Escobar was HOT, he was ON IT, and got the place pumped early, however, his set ended early, and the DJ that took his place for the rest of the night was NOT hoppin... The bar staff at Suede is also chill and friendly, especially the Asian female a the front bar, and the Latin dude; both give excellent service! The bad part about Suede is definitely THE CROWD. I've lived in San Francisco ALONE for 6 years now, and I usually go out alone, which is the BEST way to click with new people, make connections, and just see what's up, cause no one is actually from SF (or so it seems), and you can always get into some cool trouble. BUT NOT IN THIS PLACE. Curious how the crowd was so snobbish and pretentious when no one had a clue how to dress, which is also surprising as Suede has somewhat of a dress code... ALSO: I felt like i was in the Midwest, cause just about everyone in the place was borderline obese. Clearly car-drivers that were NOT from the city, fillin up on too much Jack in the Box before AND AFTER the club. I would go back to Suede cause the music was HOT and the staff was HOT and friendly, BUT, the crowd has to go. If you like the crowd at Suede, you probably need to stick to the suburbs, and please do. If you want a real San Francisco night out, stay away from Fisherman's Wharf at all costs.
