Come here for the music because drinks are pricey! Get buzzed elsewhere and then dance it off at SET. Very Euopean vibe. You will feel like you are out of the USA for sure. Music is AMAZING and the set up is good in that it allows for a more social atmosphere and less of a table VIP secluded one where everyone stays to their own table. SET is a place for mixing and mingling. People here are looking to meet people and lovely ladies will get invited to have a drink in someone's VIP. Door is a bit rough, girls dressed to impress will get in easier than guys but if the group is equal guys and girls you can get in too. But this place is land of the lovely clubgoers, NYC tourists would do great here. Everyone else... ugghh lol not so much. This isn't a place for khakis and polo shirts. People at SET are sophisticated and look like they just stepped out of a casino in St. Tropez. Also the party at SET doesn't get really going til around 1:00am. Arrive earlier for an easier time at the door or get your pre-game arm up at Sigafredo on Lincoln and come to SET after midnight. ENJOY!!

Love it here. They've got the nouveau dining thing going on and strike just the right note between refined and casual. Great music, friendly people, stylish decor, extensive Bloody Mary selection. I've only eaten here for brunch, but it's one of my favorites. The decadent steak and eggs is petit filet drenched in buttery Mornay sauce, good scrambled eggs with chive and these addictive skinny french fries. The drunken lobster omelet with sweet corn is a buttery delight, and eggs benedict is made with asparagus, a welcome twist on the original. Huevos rancheros over home fries and fried corn tortillas is good as well, though there was something missing to round out the flavors that I couldn't place -- maybe the pico could have used some lime or something. The check for two brunches and two coffees will come in under $30. Wonderful neighborhood spot.
