by s d. on I enjoyed this place. It has two floors, the main one is downstairs where they play house music on Fridays. The dance floor upstairs?? Nonexistant...it's surrounded by tables, chairs, the bar so the dance floor is the space between the tables & whatnot. There isn't an "outdoor" patio for smoking so the upstairs is where that happens. They're drink prices are decent. I'm not sure about cover prices b/c I went when it was my friend's birthday so I didn't pay. For the regular line, I suggest getting there early b/c the line does get long. I liked this place a lot and would most definitely come here again.
by Lawanna Bybee on Each course was more delicious than the next. Totally worth it for the price. There are few places in LA where you can still get great food and quality service. Usually when I go to these types of places, I end up with aspiring [insert entertainment-oriented profession here] types who can't be bothered to give me (the customer) the light of day. Our waitress's name was Tai. She was super sweet and totally took care of us.
by Alissa Larmett on Went at maybe 9:30 on a Friday, not crowded, real nice place to sit and have a beer & chat. there was live music, just a really talented guy and his guitar, but not so loud we couldn't hang out. Beer selection was great, they offer tasters so I could try the 8 kinds of Shiner they have (whatever, it was a lot) Cheap! Got three beers for $7.00. DJ came on afterwards, amazing, unfortunately he was on loan from Dallas. But it was good music, mostly hip hop, old skool, nothing crazy. I suppose you could dance there, it was a small casual place, probably better off just chillin. But enough room to shake it a little bit if you so desired. Left just before 11, still wasn't crowded. Will definitely go back!
