DJ david q if you're out there... please don't ever spin at a club again. your mixes sucked so much ass it ruined the whole night!!! every time you played a decent song, you cut it off. it was you or the ugly house music downstairs.. if i ever see you again, i may just have to go w/house. and my DJ friend was watching you, he said you were just pretending to mix and had a set track the whole night!! saturday nights for roe? not so good.
by Drew Stiers on I'm not quite sure what I can write that's not already been written before, nor do I claim to be nearly articulate enough to have the words to fully express the experience at the Clermont Lounge. Really, it's everyone on Ponce, hookers, crack heads, college kids, grandmas, deciding to all meet under one roof in love and harmony. Blondie was doing her thing and the crowd was loud and rowdy. Several other nameless gals were also plying their trade, and we were lucky(?) enough to experience a lap dance inches away from us, given to the gentleman sitting at the table beside us. We had the pleasure of seeing her crush *my* PBR can between her ample butt cheeks. The shirtless DJ was bangin', leaving his booth every song to come down to affectionately gyrate and thrust his crotch at random patrons. The PBRs were "aflowin'" and a good time was had by all.
