by natalie q. on all the times i've been here..agreed with others. overpriced for sub par food. stopped in yesterday to catch the tail end of the raiders game and asked for a irish coffee. was informed by the bartender that it would take 8-10 minutes to make fresh coffee and we said ok. he apparently took that to mean we didn't want it. after watching him not check in with us for 20 minutes and look extremly bored and uninterested in his job we finally asked in which he said "oh, i thought you didn't want it" and grabbed a carafe and said "oh, but this is ready". as i didn't see anyone actually fill the pot i was skeptical and of course, the coffee was not fresh. so i understand you don't like your job but you might as well pretend to if you're in a service industry and you get most of your money from tips...pretend to care and go b*tch about customers in the back but if you want a tip, slap a smile on your face and serve me my drink.
by Clarice Ranalli on Went there ysterday for a friend's birthday brunch (10 women, advance reservations.) Although the waiter was nice (which is why I did give one star) the food and overall experience was awful. Cold coffee, muffins that were so undercooked they were still dripping inside (he never did bring us a new basket), goof ups on the orders, food not brought out together, dirty, gross bathrooms, etc. We will not go again, which is a shame, because it used to be a fun place.
