by Jesse R. on Continental is a solid lunch place before/during/after a day of Walnut Street shopping or general sightseeing. Very large space, with a variety of odd yet comfortable seating (see, e.g., conversation pits, ceiling-bolted swinging chairs, standard bar stools and diner style booths). The green submarine is great healthy choice, and the lobster mac and cheese, as others have stated, is so rich and tasty! The miso soup is chock full of tofu, mushrooms and nori, not your standard weak canned fare. Service is friendly and efficient, though sometimes a little spacey, but I will certainly be back. PS - The Caesars Atlantic City and Olde City locations are also great, but a slightly different vibe at each place.
by Holly S. on After witnessing the Emerald Pub on a Saturday night, with all of 4 chairs at the bar, no seats (??) at their cute little lounge tables, "reservation" signs at their cute little lounge tables (but only the ones with seats, of course), and of course, mediocre-bad service, I think I knew right off the bat where this rateclubs review was headed. I wanted to give them another chance, but after shutting off the Celtics/Heat playoff game in the 4th quarter, I gave up on that hope.
