by Matt Y. on Dear Lime, During dinner, I once saw a rat scurry across the floor from the kitchen straight out your front door. Obviously looking perplexed, I was told by your bartender, "We need to keep the doors closed because that's what sneaks in when we keep it open." I thought to myself, "But, that rat came from the -back- of the restaurant." Yet, you still get a solid three stars. I don't come to you for the dinners or food really. That's not quite why one should go. I go to you specifically for those magical hours between 11 AM and 3 PM-ish on Saturdays and Sundays. The booze flows like water. The tourists peer in completely confused as they walk by. Cute guys and girls are dancing about in sunglasses. You eat (or pretend to) just to partake in the scene. I've yet to bring a visitor who has not had a good time. Thanks for the memories... even those I don't remember. Matthew
by Vivan Averette on Ehhhh...take out the once trendy atmosphere and it's really not that impressive. Burgers seem greasy. Fries are hit and miss. Oriental chicken salad is very good. Beer selection is great. But you can find all this and better at many of the brew pubs in town. Not worth the $$$ to me.
