by Janny P. on I reserved VIP bottle service here this past weekend and it was the worst experience ever! My party spent over $1300 on bottle service, hotel rooms and parking and experienced the worst customer service imaginable. When I first booked bottle service with Jeremy I was told that no one without a wristband would be allowed in my area, so I needed to be very selective of who I invited because my friends who were not on the VIP list would not be able to enter the VIP section. Then to my surprise some girls were able to sneak in and were sitting at my table. We asked security to remove the uninvited guests and they refused! The bouncers were total jerks and threatened to kick us out if we kept pushing the issue. My boyfriend was pushed by security and we both were taken to the back of the kitchen to "talk". The bouncers, Tom and Jeremiah, tried to intimidate us by yelling in our faces telling us we were not allowed to tell them what to do. Apparently, paying customers do not have the right to ask employees to enforce their own rules! The rest of my guests were escorted out of the club because they demanded to know where my boyfriend and I were taken. Security called SFPD because my guests refused to leave without being told where I was forced to leave with security personnel. To their surprise, my guests included a police officer and an attorney who were able to explain to SFPD what was going on. But you shouldn't have to party with your own legal team to protect your rights! My guests and I are all highly educated professionals, we are not loud, ghetto people who were starting trouble. We simply wanted our area to be occupied by our group, after all that is what we paid for. I do not recommend this place at all. It is over-priced and the level of customer service is simply unacceptable.
by Lois Wahlgren on Awesome blossom! Saw the 6pm Lady GaGa show. Great sound system and courteous staff. I got there uber late with my homie superfriend and we were still able to get real close to the front. No fighting, no hurt toes, no hurt feelings. The venue was small enough to really have a show but not so small that were were on top of eachother. Or maybe it was just a beautiful GaGa crowd. Had a great time until I lost my cell phone and the bouncer security dudes were really helpful in trying to help me find it. No worries I got it back in the end! Yeee! i heart Lady GaGA!!
