Fried green tomatoes, fried okra, and bbq shrimp to start. The majority of the table ordered the fried chicken and my one co-worker ordered the braised pork with apple slaw. Everything was spot on. They have the BEST BANANA PUDDING I HAVE EVER TASTED! High class banana pudding...no cool whip on there. :)

First of all, you get great service. Attentive servers who are unobtrusive. Next, you get perhaps the best pad thai in the city. Noodles are not overcooked, bean sprouts are nice and fresh, ground peanuts are not stale, nicely spiced and with both chicken and shrimp. The flavor is intense - make it even more so with the chilis in fish sauce or garlic chili sauce. Took two of my colleagues here and they ordered a lot of sushi for dinner - it was awesome. Very surprised to find this at this modest, clean but efficient Thai resto. The best was the tuna pizza - you gotta try it! They're actually wanting to go again tomorrow for lunch - I'll happily join them :)

A friend of a friend of a friend invited me here on their birthday. We were up on the roof. The music was expected and there was some great break dancing going on. I know it's a night club but the go-go dancers and the girls who bring sparklers to the table when you buy a bottle are a bit much- it's kind of sad really. It has the potential to be a relaxing spot where you can look out at the craze of Hollywood. The guys mostly seemed desperate prowling around. Maybe I'm just not into this scene but there didn't seem to be any inherent quality to the place. Plastic tiny drinks grossly overpriced, young girls and old men. Also, how do they get away with the sexism- women are free but men have to pay 20 bucks? Crazy talk.
