This place was huge! I enjoyed the club/carnival portion and the environment was very fresh/youthful. My friend had invited to come for a friend's birthday, and he ended up in this indoor dunk tank which we attempted to throw baseballs at a target so that he would be dunked. I won a goldfish from a carnival game and I immediately became attached to it. Two days later the poor thing died, so I definitely would recommend that the venue take better care of the fish :(

I was slightly disappointed with my first visit to Hillberts. I'll start with the good: Onion Rings were fantastic - crispy coating and good size onions inside (I hate it when they are hardly any onions inside the batter) The hamburger was good and well seasoned Good prices Friendly guy that took our order Now to the not so good: The hamburger bun: It was so smooshed down that it was like a piece of bread. I'm guessing that while they were toasting it they pressed down to hard on the cook top and it never recovered. My hamburger looked like it was on two pieces of bread. It was okay, but I like my hamburger buns to be a little more "bready" and not so crispy. Lady (with sandy blonde hair) behind the counter.... I walked up to the counter to get a refill on my drink, but she wouldn't' even look at me while she was refilling the lids to the cups (she was standing directly in front of me on the other side of the counter). I would have been totally fine if she just told me that she would be with me in a minute. She knew I was standing there and did everything she could not to look at me. I even asked her "is there where I can get a refill?" and then she walked away... still no response... ummm WTF?. Another gentleman saw that I was waiting and rushed over to get me a refill on my drink. I'll be back to give them another shot because I have heard such good things.
