If you want to potentially be groped by that ugly guy standing in the corner all night, or the guy dancing with every girl on the floor, then this is the place for you. Otherwise, the $10 drinks and $8 beers can go to hell in my book. Not my type of place.
by Jay Glassing on I was in attendance at the first event ever held at Mighty back in 2003 and to be honest the place has always kinda rubbed me the wrong way. Some good acts come through but it can be hit or miss. When it's on, it's certainly ON, but the other half the time it's always eeeeeh. I'm giving this place 4 stars for the.... ((((((( SOUND SYSTEM ))))))) whOOmp whOOmp whOOmp whOOmp whOOmp whOOmp whOOmp mmmmm, yeah!! A good sound system can make any average party ROCK... so here's to that ring that lingers in my ears for daaaays after a Mighty Event.
