by Martin Middents on As you can see from my f town reviews of all the other booje wannabe celebrity hangout club spots I don't really like places like this. I don't think this place is THAT bad and the only reason why is the outdoor down stairs area (and i got free drinks =X). There are a lot of little cove type areas to sit and talk with your friends in. The crowd didn't seem as pretentious as I'm used to either. Also, the security weren't assholes, at least to me. The dance floor was pretty small on the top floor, or what I think is the top floor. The stairs up to it are metal and treacherous! Beware if you are wearing stilettos! The bathroom situation is horrible. I don't understand why these clubs build two stall bathrooms when they know the venue can fit over a couple thousand people! I've been here two times and I've had fun both. It can get EXTREMELY crowded though. Like a sweaty slutty sardine can!
by Jul B. on Last Sunday, I went for the Boss Nova brunch special (pre-fix three course meal $26.99 with unlimited Sangria) with a fairly large group (10 people). What a pleasant surprise! I always go to SOBs for live music performances so I had very low expectations for brunch. Food was never what attracted me to this venue. I was wrong. Clearly. Starter: Assorted Empanadas - very tasty Main: Carioca Chicken - highly recommended Desert: Custard Flan - very sweet Pros: Attentive Staff , Unlimited drinks (your glass is never empty), great for large groups Cons: Empty ambiance - very makeshift with tables
