Ecco is by far my favorite restaurant in Atlanta. I live across the street (literally) so maybe I partially really like the convenience of being able to stumble home, but I think even if I lived far away I would make the trek to Ecco! Everytime I go to Ecco I order the same things: 1) Meat and Cheese plate with 3 meats (usually one of the proscuittos, the coppa, and the finocciola) and 2 cheeses (non-goat, non-blue whatever looks good); 2) fried goat cheese balls (heaven - make sure to not let the server take them until you've spooneed the honey out of the bottom with the DELISH bread); 3) the margarita pizza; and 4) the olive oil ice cream. The beverage of choice is usually a bottle of the expensive but delicious Ecco special selections on the upper left-hand corner of the menu. I've been to Ecco on weeknights, on weekends, with 10 people, with 1 person, and I rarely have a complaint. The food is always delicious. The service always good enough. The ambiance can't be beat. And I always leave feeling stuffed and satisfied. I'm moving back to LA in a month and while I will miss very little from Atlanta, Ecco will truly be missed. Hopefully I can go there at least 4 or 5 more times before I leave!

No-cover entry before 10pm for me and the bachelorette group that wanted some dancing included in our night. This basement lounge is dark and semi-spacious. The bathrooms are unisex. The bottle service area is pretty large with very comfy chairs and stools. Their cocktail prices are pretty decent as well. And for good measure "Vegas" truly entertained our bachelorette with an official 'bachelorette shot' which is done perfectly for the experience. Their dance area is tiny as there barely is any. All in all I would like to check out this place again...someday.
